For individual private coaching, we work together to develop your goals, and then a training plan is crafted to fit your schedule, allowing you to meet your goals. We communicate weekly to see how the training plan is working and how we can refine the program to make it more conducive for you to meet your goals. Along with the weekly communications, we will have a more in-depth conversation quarterly to review your progress and re-evaluate your goals.
